Business Operations Assistant

Brownsburg, IN, USA Full Time

Based out of AB Motorsports in Brownsburg, IN a Business Operations Assistant at AB Motorsports will ensure company efficiency by supporting daily workflows, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with process improvements. They maintain databases, coordinate meetings, and handle vendor communication, acting as a key link between departments within AB Motorsports as well as outside Vendors.

Key requirements include strong organizational, communication, software skills as well as the ability to travel to all NHRA Mission Foods events and any additional appearances as well as assist with AB Pit Side Hospitality set-up and tear down.

Core Responsibilities -

· Daily Operations Support: Assist the Director of Business Operations with daily tasks, updating records, and assisting in the management of various inventories including all AB Motorsports Merchandise iniatives with a key concentration on furthering AB Pit-Side Experience Hospitality attendance as a top-priority.

· Administrative Duties: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, filing documents, and preparing reports.

· Process Improvement: Analyzing existing procedures to suggest efficiency improvements.

· At-Drag Strip Support: Support includes helping our AB Pit-Side Hospitality Team with various tasks at each event and assist the Director of Business Operations in a variety of areas each weekend.

· Vendor/Client Relations: Communicating with vendors to track orders and assisting with customer inquiries.

Key Qualifications and Skills Experience - Often an entry-level position; prior experience in administration is highly valued with the ability to lift upwards of 50lbs.

· Education: Typically requires a high school diploma, though a business-related degree can be advantageous.

· Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proactive problem-solving.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and database management.
